There is indeed a $100 rebate on this, which brings it down to an amazing price of $1079. If you buy 2 other qualifying lenses/printers, the rebate triples for every individual rebate. When I bought the 20d, the 28-135 IS, and the 75-300, I had a total of $360 in rebates. Just sell the lenses on ebay and take the extra $360 off in rebates.. this truly is a great deal. If you already have glass, sell the mediocre kit lens for $125 on ebay too. Now you're getting down into the $600 range..

So other than the .2 mp and the lense, what is the difference between this and the Rebel xt below?
