 Dell Home now accepts PayPal. They have issued a $20 off $200 coupon code 1P002ZF2T7QPD0 [Exp 12/6] when you pay with PayPal. It works just like their Electronics & Accessories stackable coupons of yore. So, it is stackable with these Expiring Offers.

You don't have to pay with paypal. I charged my dell account for an extra 2% off.

This coupon does not work. Bought Canon A620 this morning 4/21 and it did not work. Was still able to get camera and camera bag as a filler for 202.00. Used 25% off and a 35 off 200 coupon off of Ebay. Was told to go to Paypal by Dell customer service.
