I got this a few weeks ago when it was $40. Came in a white box but included everything inside. Works perfectly and even runs DD-WRT (if you are interested). This is only $4 more. Nice deal!

That's a tough question to answer #4. There was originally talk of a ratified version by the end of last year or even earlier than that, but the most common thing I'm seeing now is saying the end of *next* year (and that's what the IEEE website indicates).
