You may as well buy a Playstation Four!

May as well buy neither. High definition discs, a solution to a problem that never existed.

#2...you must not own a large television. Makes a massive difference.

Buy a PS3. It sucks for games but works rather well as a BR player : )

PS3 runs pretty loud with the fan on though. How loud are these things?

I'll buy a BD player only when Toshiba starts making them.

Can a PlayStation be controlled with a universal remote (I don't mean the ten dollar one from RadioShack... I mean the Logitech Advanced 1000 Remote or whatever it's called)???

ALSO... I'd like to either buy this OR a PlayStation (PS2 doesn't play BluRay, right? Only PS3? What is PS4??? Is it out? If not, when?)... but, isn't a PlayStation that plays Blu-Ray twice the price of this???

Thanks!!! Sorry for the n00bie questions...

PS3 only takes remote signals from Bluetooth remotes(UNLESS you buy one of the many IR remote usb dongles). They plug into the usb port on the front of the PS3. Then yes you can use whatever advanced remote you want.

    Only the PS3 has Blu-ray. PS2 had DVD like XBOX1 and 2.

PS4 is the next game console from Sony. It ain't out, you can't buy one, cause they don't exist. Maybe in 8 or so years when the PS3 needs revamping.

Yes a PS3 starts at $399, but Sony randomly offers their Sony Credit Card that can take between $150 -$200 off the purchase of a PS3. So the price would be similar. But at $399 it plays games, browse the Internet, video chat with friends, and many other things. The $200 Blu-Ray above ONLY plays movies. Hope you find yourself less of a noob!!

#7/#8, are you member of a local rock band or something. Smoking weed/crack and only half conscious all the time and crapping on your bed occasionally?

    Retard semens

#10: Didn't I tell you to spend your allowance on ENGLISH lessons instead of drugs? Now you'll have to wait another month to be able to speak correctly. Shame on you.
When these things hit $125.00, then I might think about it.

#9 - Thank you soooo much! That cleared up a lot of info for me. Thanks, again, JinOH!!! You're the best!!!

#10 (Wand)... you're an idiot. Enough said. Why don't you try and help others instead of posting useless junk. I feel bad for you, buddy. Good luck with your life!

#5...PS3 is silent, don't pull that BS out of your ass. If you hear the fan you aren't giving it any room to breathe.

And #4...nice argument if it was 2007. Plenty of games now.

    #9...all good info.

#11, "cable phil 2001" from your username one would infer that you're making love with cables since 2001. Why don't you shove a fiber optic cable up your ass to pleasure yourself!

Sony invented the BD format. So Sony should be better than any other BD player available in the market today. Sony is the best in the entire history of my ass.

I wish Sony made cars as well.

Wand likes to shove objects up us favorite boy toy, Nuisance.

What say, Wand, you fucking coward!

LoL, #18. I see you're so pissed. You remind of the monkey I shoved a chili pepper up it's ass in the zoo.

I tell you what! McCain supporters including you are awesome, man. They are altogether a different breed of species.

Wand, you probably live this kind of life:

    1. Sitting around bitching like a bunch of girls with your liberal friends
    2. Trying to get the government to solve all of your fucking problems, like a little c[u][u]unt.
    3. Smoking dope and selling drugs to children.
    4. Running illegal immigrants back and forth from Mexico on the weekends to make money.

You liberals are the lowest forms of life. You want everything for free, but you refuse to work for any of it.

What say you, fucktard? Get your dong out of that sheep and quit acting like a loser!
